The EVAK COMPACT's low-profile handle stores anywhere. With the same freshness you've come to expect from the EVAK storage solution. Air takes out the freshnessso EVAK takes out the air. The longer your food is exposed to air, the faster it loses flavor. Glass containers with air-tight lids are readily available, but they trap stale air in with your precious food. Evacuate the air and keep your food fresher, longer. Our twin valve system automatically forces the air out as you push down the lid, and lets you easily pull up and remove the lid. It's so simple-just push down, then pull up; no buttons or levers. Perfect for coffee, tea, dried fruits, granola, herbs, etc. As with our original EVAK, only glass and stainless steel contact your food. No harsh plastics. EVAK COMPACT is made from the highest quality borosilicate glass and stainless steel—the parts that come in contact with your food. The handle is made from super strong ABS with LFGB European grade silicone gaskets and valves.
