Making it a more nutritious option when comparing it to all-purpose flour.DirectionsYou will need 1 Premium Gold Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup shortening.Preheat oven to 350°F, shake bag to wake up ingredients, in mixing bowl beat eggs then add butter and shortening. Then stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by the tablespoon onto a lined cookie sheet 2” apart. Bake 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Place on cooling rack.Yields approximately 30 cookies.
