Well-designed, this press screw is suitable for making veneering frames. For use as a panel clamp for custom jigs for all types of gluing, veneering, welding and other assembly operations. It is especially useful for deep-reach surface clamping. Large, cast-iron swivels permit easy installation, while threaded bushings drive into a 1" hole. If necessary, the bushing may be further secured with separately available screws. 11/16" diameter cold-drawn steel screw with smoothly cut Acme threads. Malleable and ductile iron castings with black baked-enamel finish removable swivel-face. Crank-type handle.
