The waist level viewfinder was developed primarily for convenience. With your neck strap relatively short, you have no need to repeatedly lift the camera from your waist to your eye and back. Simply tilt your head down and your eye meets the right angled viewfinder. Just as convenient as positioning your eye closer to the viewfinder, the Polaroid viewfinder gives you a choice of magnifying what you see either 1.25 times or 2.5 times. You will be able to easily examine the smallest details close up. Manual focusing becomes extraordinary accurate. In addition, the eye piece viewing barrel adjusts to every photographers eye, with or without glasses. A handy suede pouch with a hook and a loop fastener minimizes dust and protects its finish between uses.
