This synergy was created to help women balance their hormones especially during their menstrual cycle. It smells wonderful too! Diffuse into the air using your favorite diffuser, mix some in a body oil or add to the bath. This can also be added to your shampoo and conditioner or to many body care products. It makes a lovely perfume and/or body mist. For topical use, dilute to 3%. 100% pure, undiluted essential oil synergy contains Palmarosa, Lavender, Petitgrain, Clary Sage, Geranium Bourbon, Ylang Ylang Complete, Rose Absolute, Jasmine Absolute, and Neroli.
