Add 1 Tablespoon of TROPICAL HEAT PILAU MASALA SPICE to water and begin cooking on high. When it begins to boil, turn to a simmer (low), stir and cover. In a fry pan add the olive oil, and vegetables. cook until tender (about 5 minutes or so).
