Press Flash Button to send pulses. 2 TREATMENT MODES Flash Mode -- On single Flash Mode, a flash is emitted every time when you press the Flash Button. The factory setting is on single Flash Mode. This mode is for precision areas such as underarms, bikini areas and face. Slide Mode -- Press and hold the Flash Button down for 3 seconds and release to activate Slide Mode. To turn off Slide Mode, press the Flash Button once and the device will switch to single Flash Mode. How often to use ? Stage 1. Twice a week for the first 4 weeks. Stage 2.
