Why a Performance Classical Guitar Strap for my Classic Guitar or Ukulele? By design, most quality Classic Guitars are made without strap pins or strap buttons to attach a regular guitar strap. Guitar straps are made with slots to fit on the strap button. Classic guitars traditionally are made without strap buttons since they are usually played resting on your knee that is propped up with a footstool. Attaching a strap button to a classic guitar may permanently damage your instruments neck or body and will void the manufacturers warranty. Performance Plus Classical Guitar Straps are perfect for the musician who does not want to damage their instrument by installing wood screws and strap buttons into their classic guitar, vihuela or ukulele. Performance Plus Classical Guitar Straps can be installed and removed without any tools, mastics, screws, suction cups, etc. Simple to use, just place the nylon no mar "J shaped hook" into the lower part of the sound hole and wrap the strap around the back of the instrument and place the strap or neck band over your shoulder or around you neck (just like a tie) and adjust the nylon buckle for the proper comfortable playing length. Caution! Because of the design of classical guitar straps you must at all times keep at least one hand on the guitar to prevent it from tipping forward and falling. This unique time tested design allows for an unobstructed access to your instrument without having the strap get in the way of your playing. 2" wide, adjustable length from 26" to 36".
