The salt and pepper grinder is made of water and dust proof stainless steel cover lid, coarseness adjusting knob, ceramic grinding rotor, stainless steel cap and durable thick glass body. How to use? 1.Open the cap (rotate counterclockwise). 2. Fill the glass container with your spices. 3. Screw the cap back onto the glass (rotate clockwise). 4. Remove the lid (small cover at top) - no rotation needed, just pull it off gently. 5. Rotate the black adjusting knob to set your desired coarseness (you might need to do this a few times before you get the desired coarseness). 6. Hold your grinder gently upside down and rotate the cap a few times; the grinded spices will come out of the cap. Keep grinding until you get the desired amount of spice powder. How to Clean? 1. Twist the cap counterclockwise to take it off. 2. Pull off the lid. 3. Twist the adjusting knob counterclockwise to take it off, then remove the rubber gasket, ceramic rotor and the spring from the metal rod at the center of the cap. 4.
