The new Special Edition M815 Metal Striped impresses with its high elegance. Due to the extraordinary combination of fine resin with palldium coated brass strips, this Special Edition exudes a stylish grace. The sparkling colour play of the metal strips on the barrel gives this fountain pen its unique look. The shiny silver stripes pick up the typical design element of the Souverä series. The basic material used for the barrel is brass which helps this piston fountain pen to a slightly heavier weight than comparable devices from the Souverän Standard series. Overall, this Special Edition presents itself extremely harmonious and balanced. The rings and the clip are covered with high quality palladium. The 18ct gold nib is completely covered with rhodium which gives a shiny silver finish. As with most Pelikan writing instruments, the piston fountain pen is available in various nib widths. It is available with the nib widths EF, F, M or B.
