About Pebeo 1006 Classic Painting Knife
For those who want to work with textures, the Pebeo painting knife - otherwise known as spatula - is the essential tool. It is also be suitable for mixing colours or scratching the paint on a painting surface. Long or short, broad or narrow, their flexible, springy traditional or comb shaped steel blades, symmetrical or asymmetrical, with their blunt edges open the way to all texture effects. Pebeo Painting knives are available in 3 ranges: Classic, Comb, and "XL" larger sizes. The different shapes and sizes of the Classic knives allow working an array of shapes depending on what the painter is looking to acheive. Their blades are made out of flexible but shape retaining stainless steel, while the ferule is in brass to avoid rusting. The handle is made from wood.
