Troubleshooting steps: Charging the earphones by box: 1.Please charge the charging box first. The each of the indicator light on the cover of the charging box represents 25% 50% 75% 100% of the box battery being charged. 2.Put the earphones in the correct direction into the charging slot. Note that the direction of the charging chip of the earphones is in the same direction as the slot chip. 3.Press the earphones firmly to achieve a good connection. The red indicator lights up meaning the earphones is being charged. When the red indicator light is off, means the earphones is fully charged. 4. If you still can't charge the earbuds by following the steps above, please contact our customer service for a free replacement charging box. Secure fit: 1.The earphone is marked with L&R. Please wear the right and left earphones correctly. 2.Adjust the ear hook to achieve the best comfort and secure fit. Popping sound when listening to music: In order to pursue the best sound quality, our earphones use high-end graphene diaphragm which is high in hardness and needs to burn in (100 hours) to soften the edge to achieve the best sound quality. There will be a occasional popping sound which is normal during Burn-in process. Bluetooth connection: Since the Bluetooth signal is easily affected by the environment, please kindly understand the Bluetooth signal maybe interrupted by strong magnetic source.
