This Panduit PH10-10R-E ring terminal with heat shrink insulation is suitable for use with solid or stranded copper wire from #12 to #10 AWG (4 to 6 sq. mm) and #10 (M5) studs. It has a maximum voltage rating of 600V, a continuous operating temperature range of -65 to +230 degrees F (-55 to +110 degrees C), and a polyolefin heat shrink insulation sleeve with hot melt sealant for applications that require moisture resistance. The insulation shrinks at 302 degrees F (150 degrees C) and is color coded in yellow for matching with Panduit color-coded dies. This terminal has a tin-plated copper body and a brazed barrel for protection against splitting during the crimping process. It is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant for hazardous substance regulations and is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified for quality assurance. This ring terminal with heat shrink insulation is suitable for use with solid or stranded copper wire from American Wire Gauge (AWG) #12 to #10 (4 to 6 sq. mm) in industrial, automotive, and other high-vibration electrical applications that require resistance to moisture.SpecificationsConnector typeRing terminal, heat shrink insulatedFor use with solid or stranded copper wire#12 to #10 AWG (4 to 6 sq. mm)Stud size#10 (M5)Panduit color codeYellowCompatible with Panduit crimping toolsCT-310Dimensions*1.2 x 0.37 inches/30.5 x 9.4 mm (L x W)Clearance0.17" (4.3 mm)Wire strip length5/16" (7.9 mm)Insulation materialPolyolefinInsulation shrink temperature302 degrees F (150 degrees C)Body materialTin-plated copperMaximum wire insulation diameter0.24" (6.1 mm)Maximum voltage rating600VContinuous operating temperature range-65 to +230 degrees F (-55 to +110 degrees C)Standards metUL Listed, CSA certified, RoHS compliant*L is length, the horizontal distance from end to end; W is width, the horizontal distance from side to side.Panduit manufactures electrical and networking products.
