Convolvulus (Ensign Mix) - Colorful, hardy compact, bedding plant. Also known as dwarf morning glory due to its low stature, this little grown annual blooms in bright colors over a long period. Don't overlook this plant for use in rock gardens, landscape accents, hanging baskets and edgings. Sow seed directly outdoors after all danger of frost has passed and weather has warmed. Can be started indoors 6 to 8 weeks before setting out in individual peat pots if desired. This morning glory seed germinates 7 to 14 days at 70 F. Keep soil moderately moist during germination. Plants grow best in full sun in well drained soil. Do not fertilize or over-water. Does not spread like wild, vining morning glory.
