Each set includes professional grade chef's knives that are perfectly balanced and crafted from German 4116 stainless steel with soft, non slip TPE handles. Three full size colored cutting mats provide a variety of surfaces for preparing meat, fowl, fish, fruits, and vegetables. Each grill tool features a sliding shaft that telescopes and locks to a full length of 17 inches for safe grilling, and then retracts to 14.625 inches for storage. The ends of each grill tool are removable for easy cleaning.
