About OTC 4467 Automatic Wire Stripper
The lightweight ergonomic design is constructed from reinforced fiberglass for durability and has great fit and feel. Hardened steel blades provide extra strength and longer life while making easy work of stripping wire insulation. Smaller diameter allows better access to tight spots. The sliding stop allows easy adjustment of stripping depth, and the blades automatically adjust to different gauge wires. Strip sizes 10‐24 AWG, stranded or solid, without damage to wire. Can also cut wires up to 14 AWG. Finally, the tool can lock in a closed position for a smaller storage profile. Push the lock forward with thumb to unlock, set the wire stop to the desired depth of strip and insert wire to be stripped and squeeze. The automatic wire stripper from OTC makes a clean cut on insulation and pulls the insulation away without damage to wires.
