BHT tamarind concentrate is naturally sweet and sour and is perfectly used for papaya salad, pad Thai sauce, Tom Yum soup, pineapple fried rice, tangy style lime dressing, tamarind ice cream, or as a topping on Greek yogurt. Our product is solely made from ‘Kra Dan tamarind’ (Kra Dan means a giant board in Thai) in our farm where is pesticides free. This special giant tamarind is golden in color, naturally sweet and sour and full of vitamin C. The sauce contains purely tamarind 99.5%, sea salt 0.5% as a natural preservative and no sugar added. We are very excited for our customers to experience this natural products for new creative recipes which can go very well in many cuisines!
