I am simple, wholesome and healthy. Nosh the kraut and drink the brine. top a morning egg, a sandwich, a tater or pork loin. I make them all divine. But don't stop there, fill your cup and drink the last drop. Each bite, each sip is a perfect tummy boost. Important: There may be some leakage of juices during shipping in summer weather. This is due to the probiotic bacteria waking up and releasing some CO2. The lids are designed to allow some venting when needed rather than have the glass break from the built up pressure. If this happens the product is absolutely safe as the pressure only allows a one way movement, nothing comes in. Upon arrival we suggest to slightly turn the lid over a sink to vent any CO2 and then refrigerate. We can not accept returns or refund in these circumstances, so please do not order this listing if it is a concern. We work closely with Oregon Brineworks and they have given approval for shipping this item unrefrigerated. We store these products cold in our warehouse at all times and they need to be refrigerated upon receipt. This product can be sent unrefrigerated because it takes many days for the live cultures to wake up and restart the process of fermentation (which could alter the product taste). We do this to help save you shipping costs, since shipping products cold would require a cooler and gel packs, and 3 day travel zones might even require sending via air to guarantee they arrive cold. We only ship on a date that will allow the product to get to you within a a few days and we ship using USPS priority mail which is 2-3 days maximum. We can not accept returns for this product because it arrives at room temperature, this is why we are letting you know the policy herein.
