The Oregon Scientific BAR218HG WeatheratHome Wireless Weather station has Bluetooth connectivity. The BAR218HG with Weather Alert, monitors local weather conditions on your smart device, phones and tablets as well at the station itself. Receiving information from a wireless outside sensor (One included), the weather station displays both indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, 12-24 hr. Weather Forecast as well as moon phase. The Weather Alert feature also shows you at a glance what to expect; heat, fog, frost, rain and wind storm. The clock function automatically syncs with your phone making it always accurate and automatically updating for daylight savings time. The addition of Bluetooth allows you to communicate directly with the weather station using a Smart device App. The App will show you temperature and humidity in up to 5 locations with a 7 day history and a data logger. 150 foot transmission range means you can freely move around your house while checking the outdoor temperature and humidity. Monitor your whole home via the App. Keep your family comfortable both indoors and out. The Weatherathome base unit supports up to 5 sensors, allowing you to monitor the temperature and humidity in up to 5 locations around your house. The living room, the wine room, the baby's room, the garden, the greenhouse or garage - put a remote sensor anywhere you like! The easy labeling feature allows you to identify the different areas in your home via the App. Additional Sensors: Please note: BAR218HG can currently be paired with up to 3 x Sensors. (comes with one THGN132N) In order to use the remaining 4th and 5th channel, you will need to purchase BTHGN129 which is due in stock later this year. This package includes one THGN132N outdoor temperature/humidity sensor only.
