About Optex FA 400mm Diffuse Reflective Laser Beam
Diffuse reflective sensor with bright red laser light source for easy alignment set-up. Depending on the target reflectivity the maximum sensing distance is 400mm. The beam spot size is only 2mm at the max. 400 mm distance. The sensor will sense opaque and translucent targets. The Sensor has a single turn sensitivity potentiometer and a two-position switch for selecting light-on or dark-on mode. Dual status indicators include a green LED for stability and an orange LED indicator for the output. Compact size (mm) is 31H x 20W and 11 thick. Enclosure protection is rated IP67. Price includes the sensor and mounting bracket with screws. Hook up method uses a M8 4 pin QD connector. Molded cables are not included and must be ordered separately. (order M8-FS4-PVC type). The solid state PNP (sourcing) signal will switch 100mA with a 0.250ms response.
