Inspired by traditional Opinel knife design, the Intempora kitchen knives are designed to have a comfortable grip while providing exceptional cutting quality. The blades are manufacturered with Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel, which has a high carbon content for effective cutting and has a good resistance to corrosion. The moulded handle is made from fiberglass polyoxymethylene which ensures excellent resistance to wear and has outstanding impact strength while still providing a secure and comfortable grip. The Intempora collection has been selected by the Ecole de Cuisine Alain Ducasse and is used in their workshops.
