So how does OneSpace turn paper into a rigid tubular frame? each Section begins with a pre-measured stack of paper layers. Those layers are rolled and pressure-bonded into one solid strength layer, and hard-coated with water-resistant polyurethane laminate. The result is a lightweight frame with a strength and stability of hard plastic. Each component form-fits to its compatible hard plastic connector for added stability, and effortless, no-tools-required assembly.
