For Ford vehicles with the 4. 6/5. 4L 3V engine, this kit eliminates Cam Phaiser noise. Cam Phaiser knock on the 4. 6/5. 4L 3V trucks can start as early as 30, 000 miles. Ignoring the noise can cause the Phaiser housing to fracture and eventually cause catastrophic damage to the engine. Unfortunately your options have been very limited, until now. This kit will eliminate any knocking noise heard from the front valve cover/timing cover area related to the Phases.
