About NOSHOK 700 Series 316 Stainless Steel Block And
Block and Bleed soft seat needle valves. These valves allow pressure to be bled off without disturbing the permanent piping installation, allowing quick and easy removal or replacement of instruments. 6000 psi pressure rating at 200 degrees F maximum. Blow-out proof stem provides a secondary stem seal in the full open position. Viton O-ring seal and Teflon back-up ring below the stem threads to protect from corrosion and galling. All stem threads are 316 stainless steel. All stem threads are rolled for strength and ease of operation. One-piece bonnet with a metal-to-metal seal to the valve body below the bonnet threads. Bonnet lock pin to prevent accidental loosening. Vinyl bonnet and stem dust cap. 0.187 inch orifice size. 0.090 bleed hole located on the bottom is controlled by a 1/4"-20 UNF-2B bleed screw. Flow coefficient: Cv0.76. Electropolished 316 Stainless Steel material.
