About North Mountain Supply French Oak Cubes
Cubes are intended for the winery that desires premium barrel flavors in their stainless steel tanks. They can be placed in the tank and allowed to free float or be tied down. Cubes are best used during post fermentation. French Medium Toast provides complex, pleasantly mild and delicate toasted oak characters and aromas of vanilla, caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, oatmeal with honey, graham cracker, with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. The flavors provide sweetness, creaminess and roundness to the mouth feel with a lingering non-aggressive toast character.
