Our Organic Soft White Wheat Berries are grown in the high mountain valleys of the Rocky Mountains. Because our crops grow in these challenging growing conditions at a high altitude, they are packed with nutrition. Soft White Wheat has a soft texture and elegant taste. Common uses for this wheat variety include delicate items like cakes and pastries. One manufacturer of a well-known cracker brand actually refers to this wheat as the “cashmere” of wheat! A little-known fact is that all wheat is non-GMO. Because all wheat is traditionally bred, commercial wheat has never been genetically modified as other popular crops have. So yes, our wheat is totally non-GMO...and so is everyone else’s :). We never irradiate our wheat berries to ensure our farm-fresh guarantee. This means a higher quality, more natural product for our customers. In addition, these berries will sprout-so soon you will be growing your own wheatgrass!
