These are particularly made to be worn UNDER Orthotics. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : Remove your regular insole or orthotic from your shoe and place it on top of the NOENE UNDERSOLES SOS1. Trace an outline of your regular insole or orthotic onto the NOENE UNDERSOLES SOS1 then cut the NOENE UNDERSOLES SOS1 along the outline. Affix the tape to the bottom of your regular insole or orthotic then adhere the cut NOENE UNDERSOLES SOS1 to your regular insole or orthotic Place the insoles back in your shoe.
