Castle air filter is a new innovative filter that will last up to a year. This new filter will collect as much dust as 20 regular pleated filters. High air flow with an open cell technology triple layer core with a tacky media for collecting dust removes 93Percent of the most harmful airborne particles that are 5 microns or larger. Enjoy the clean air. Traditional, ninety day, filters are made with paper thin media. These types of filters only hold dirt that are larger than the flow holes through which the air passes. And once these holes are full, you are done filtering and airflow stops! this drastically reduces the efficiency of the filter and dramatically increases the load on your HVAC system. This costs you more money. Castle filters consist of two layers of filter media that are three quarters of an inch thick and an additional Internal layer of tacky media one quarter inch thick. This innovative layer of tacky media allows the air particulates to get glued into the filter, like flypaper. Dirt gets trapped in the sticky medium without blocking the air holes.
