The NMC LOBY lockout tagout center kit with hooks is a wall-mounted lockout/tagout supply station with eight replaceable plastic hooks for hanging padlocks or hasps, a clear plastic tag pocket to display the entire front of the tag, and red and yellow text that reads "Lockout Center" to help users find lockout/tagout supplies to help prevent unauthorized access to energy sources during maintenance and repair (lockout/tagout supplies sold separately). The yellow acrylic lockout center is highly visible impact and corrosion resistant, and has four holes for mounting on a wall (mounting hardware sold separately). This center is part of a lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedure required at facilities where devices and energy sources need multiple-person authorization to be accessed safely during maintenance and repair. The lockout center helps standardize LOTO devices within a facility by providing organized and convenient access to the necessary types and numbers of lockout devices for the energy sources requiring lockout.
