About NiSi 150mm Filter Holder For Sony 12-24mm F/4 Lens
The nip-fh150-s5-en is a variation on the standard S5 150mm filter holder from NiSi. Like the traditional S5, the s5-en comes with a soft case, square filter holder, and a lens mount with an integrated round filter holder. This round filter holder allows the mounted round filter to rotate independently of the S5 main body, and is perfect for Circular polarizers of various types. The s5-en is different in that it includes a special landscape polarizer instead of the standard 1-1.5 stop Circular polarizer. This special landscape polarizer brings out more blues, Green, and Earth tones than a normal CPL, while still reducing or eliminating reflections from non-metallic surfaces. Be sure to pick up some 150mm square filters and other Circular filters, like the nip-s5-uv filter for blocking ultraviolet radiation or the nip-s5-nd1.8CPL that combines a standard CPL and ND1.8 6-stop ND filter.
