Newton Fate IV Running Shoe The Fate 4 features Newtonium cushioning that provides next-generation responsiveness and comfort. With a breathable upper and metatarsal stretch panels, this shoe has all the features to better accommodate the shape of your foot. Open-Weave Mesh Upper The Fate IV is constructed with an open-weave mesh upper which enhances ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and dry foot environment whilst you run. No-sew synthetic overlays are placed on top of the mesh which offers durability and a supportive fit. Enhanced metatarsal stretch panels are located on the upper which helps to accommodate the shape of your foot for a more personalised and comfortable fit. For those who prefer to run when it's dark, the Fate IV is equipped with 360-degree reflectivity for enhanced visibility in low light conditions. Newtonium Foam Midsole For maximum comfort, the Fate IV features Newtonium foam which provides a more responsive full-length cushioning system which sits closer to the foot. The secret sauce powering the speed of Newton running shoes is it's proprietary Action/Reaction Technology. Generated by the active movement of the lugs, Action/Reaction Technology creates a responsive, trampoline-like cushioning system that provides quicker bounce-back and loses less energy than a traditional foam-core running shoe. The midsole is also equipped with a biomechanical metatarsal sensor plate which allows you to sense the ground better so you can stride more efficiently and with more stability. Rubber Outsole Designed with a rubber outsole, the Fate IV ensures maximum grip and durability while road running. The sole is equipped with P.O.P or Point of Power which is the patented design that differentiates the shape, ride, and feel of Newton's Action/Reaction Technology or lug system.
