Our Junior Thriftkit Corporate Kit allows you to organize and protect all your important company information. This is a 3 D-ring binder, which contains a single pocket on the inside cover, holding your documents neat and flat which provides less wear and tear on the paper. The Junior Thriftkit binder comes customized with the company name on thick-stock gold paper, inserted in the holder on spine of the binder. It comes complete with a customized Vinyl binder, matching slipcase, 10 customized Top Stub certificates, 1 5/8" Corporate Embossing Seal and pouch, 6/7 index divider tabs(depending on type of formation), a stock/membership ledger, and printed minutes & bylaws or operating agreement.
