NEW ANTIQUE leather goods are made using traditional techniques without the use of any machinery. Every piece is cut using blades as sharp as samurai swords and hand-stitched to produce the highest quality Japanese product. We take real leather with decades of use from the car seats of top-of-the-line classic cars made by Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and BMW, to name but a few. ◆ This was made using a classic leather seat from a Mercedes-Benz (W220) S500 and S600. 17 years have already passed since production was ended so this classic leather is very rare. ◆ Extravagantly made completely from leather, the smell and the fine texture is something to be cherished. The whole manufacturing process is done by skilled Japanese craftsmen. The hand stitching and edge burnishing processes are performed in the same way as Hermes. Each item is carefully manufactured without regard for the time it takes to make it perfect. ◆ The interior leather parts are made with Elbamatt leather from a well-established Italian manufacturer. They produce the finest leather used in luxury brand bags. The traditional methods used by our Japanese craftsmen make the classic car seat leather and Elbamatt the perfect match. ◆ This item was made using Camello (camel) colored Elbamatt with Fiesta red-colored thread. They are vibrant colors typical of Italy.
