Put the cable into the channel of the wire stripping knife, rotate the wire stripping knife and remove the cable sheath. 2. Tidy up the thread, put it in the trimming line of the cable crimp plier and trim it neatly. 3. Pass the cable through connectors covers. Insert the cable into the bottom of the crystal head and ensure the order of 8 different colors of the cable. 4.Put the crystal head into the RJ45 crimp hole, grip the handle firmly and got all the pins firmly affixed to the wires. 5.Cover the crystal head with the connectors covers, and the crystal head was successfully made. Use the cable tester to test whether the cable is qualified. 1. Turn on the power switch on the main tester and the indicator light is on. 2. Test unshielded twisted pair: If all the lines are good, the green indicator will flash from 1 & 2 in sequence to 7 & 8, if the red light is on or does not light or not in sequence , the cable is bad. 3. Test the shielded twisted pair: If all the lines are good, the green indicator will flash to SHIELD + BNC in 1 & 2 order, and if the red light is on or does not light, the cable is bad. 4. Coaxial cable test: If the cable is good, then SHIELD + BNC will be bright green, otherwise the light does not shine. 5. If any pair of lines can not be good conduction, the corresponding light is not bright, if the connection is reversed and the red light on.
