Released in 2006, the film also documents how asteroids collide and tumble toward the Sun, how they can threaten the Earth, and how the planet can be protected. A teacher’s guide in PDF format includes an overview, series-indexed content, standards correlations, "Learn and Read More About It" sections, and a comprehensive glossary. Also included are PDF files of star charts and selected high-resolution images. The DVD comes in a 7.5 x 5.25-inch (H x W) plastic clamshell case.
