About Neiko 03406A 10" Self-Adjusting Aluminum Pipe
The Nieko Tools 10" self adjusting pipe wrench has a jaw that automatically opens to accomodate anything up to 1-5/8". This wrench has a drop forged body and chrome vanadian steel jaws for hardness and durability. The Cr-V jaws and painted coat are resistant to rust and other corrosion. A rubber grip is molded onto the handle to prevent slipping, increase comfort and reduced fatigue during extended use. Jaws are machined at an angle to improve grip, allowing pipe-wrench to grab onto surfaces like black, copper, galvanized, and PVC pipe in addition to fasteners (nuts, bolts, couplings). Also works well for adjusting automotive tie rods and suspension rods. The automatic gripping mechanism and quick release lever allow you to use wrench like a ratchet in tight spaces by pressing the lever when resetting the wrench. Because this wrench has no toothed ratcheting mechanism, rotations can be made in infinitely small increments.
