We DO NOT use the highly processed Reb A (Rebaudioside A), a molecule that is extracted from the Stevia leaves using solvents such as ethanol. Instead, we use the whole extract steviol glycosides 90/60 which is extracted naturally with water. To enhance the sweetening effect, we use inulin from chicory roots. It is a dietary fiber that promotes digestion; it also works as diluent to help dissolve the sweetener.
