How to fit earplugs: 1. With clean hands, hold the earplug between your thumb and forefinger and roll and compress the earplug into a very small cylinder. 2. Reach your hand over your head and gently pull your ear up and out to help open the ear canal. 3. Insert the compressed end of the earplug into the ear canal until it fully expands. 4. Remove earplug slowly with twisting motion to gradually break the seal. Rapid removal may damage eardrum. Note: Keep away from infants and small children. Discard after several uses or as soon as dirt or wax accumulates on earplugs. Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness. For example: If the noise level is measured to be 92dB and the foam earplug with a SNR of 34 dB is properly worn, most users would experience the noise level at 58dB while wearing earplugs.
