Relax and Enjoy a Restful Night's Sleep! It only takes a few minutes to mold your anti teeth grinding solution. Boil water in pot. Once boiling, put it out of fire and let it rest for 20 seconds. Place Reejoys Mouth Guard into the water for 1 minute. Take it out and let it cool off for 10 seconds. Place in your mouth, do not bite yet. Look into the mirror to align the center and the sides below your molars. Firmly bite down and strongly suck in to remove excess moisture. With teeth clenched, use your fingers to mold the soft, formable material up and down, around the outside of your teeth and gums. Use your tongue to mold night guard against the roof of your mouth. Leave the dental guard in your mouth until it cools to body temperature (about 3 to 4 minutes). If you achieved a comfortable fit and the stopper stays in place, you have finished the fitting process and are now ready to wear your bite guard. If not a good fit the first time, try again the whole boiling process.
