An essential postpartum item to have on hand after labor and childbirth, Motherlove Sitz Bath Soak is a convenient liquid concentrate that uses soothing herbs to relieve the discomfort of sore perineal muscles. This 4 ounce bottle contains the herbs witch hazel, yarrow, and uva ursi which are known for their astringent and calming properties. Simply mix 1 ounce of this concentrated liquid with ½ gallon of warm water in a sitz bath pan or a shallow tub and soak for approximately 30 minutes. Feel free to add epsom salt, if desired.
