Our Origins Our mole sauce has been perfected throughout the years by working in collaboration with indigenous cooks in various regions of Mexico, including Puebla & Oaxaca. For over 10 years, we have been making our mole sauce in small batches and serving it only to restaurant guests. In doing so, we have perfected our recipe and hope to bring to your table ready to serve. Our Product Our mole is the result of carefully selecting ingredients. We use a delicious blend of dried chiles to give it a smoky tone, that when combined with our homemade chocolate, spices and aromatic herbs creates the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. The result is rich, smooth, and balanced sauce that is ready to serve. We have been able to achieve an extended shelve life by adding all natural preservatives. Heating Instructions Our mole is ready to serve.
