MKT Fastening Sup-R-Stud mechanical wedge anchor is made of 303/304 stainless steel. Required hole diameter equals anchor diameter. Excellent for setting immediately. Can be loaded immediately. Can be set in a bottomless hole. Simple installation. Nut and washer supplied in package. ROHS compliant. Concerns: do not use in brick or block, not advised for use where vibratory loads are high, oversize holes are detrimental and will reduce load performance. Approvals/listings: G.S.A. Spec FF-S-325C, Group II, Type 4, Class 1. 3-1/2-inches Thread length. 1-inches Hole diameter. 1/2-inches max thickness mat to be anchored. 150-250 foot pounds required torque to set. Measures 1-inches diameter by 6-inches length. 1" - 8 Thread size. 4-1/2-inches Minimum embedment and 9-inches embedment In concrete. Ultimate tension in 2000 PSI concrete: 10226 and 15479 pounds. Ultimate tension in 4000 PSI concrete: 15829 pounds and 24375 pounds. Ultimate shear: 28023 pounds.
