Mitsubishi Materials AJX high feed cutters are designed to tackle the most demanding applications where you need to remove material from the work piece as fast as possible. The milling bodies are designed to provide a high rate of removal with a minimal amount of power. The cutters are designed in both shank type and arbor type to satisfy almost any application. You can ramp, face mill, shoulder mill and helical circle interpolate. Incorporating a triangular insert which seats in the pocket with amazing stability to provide very efficient metal removal. The insert is positioned in the body so the same portion of the insert is used to maintain stability even when there is along over hang.
