The BR200 is ready for use right out of the box with 16 preprogrammed frequencies or it can be easily programmed to one of the 56 Business frequencies with our simple step-by-step software downloadable from the Midland website. (Requires programming cable model BA1 sold separately). No training is required to operate the radios, easing costs and saving valuable time in high-turnover industries. Compared to other brand name business radios, the BR2000 is the most economical business radio on the market. The BR200 features 16 UHF Channels with 142 Codes and a choice of 56 Business Specific Frequencies. The long-life Li-Ion Battery gives up to 21 hours of operation on a charge. The BR200 has a Monitor Function and Scan. Voice Prompted Battery Alert & Channel Selection and has a External Speaker Jack. The BR200 is Compatible with Other UHF Business Band Radios. FCC License required. The radio operates on UHF frequencies which require an FCC (Federal Communications Commission) license.
