Troubleshooting: Buttons and microphone don't work All buttons including microphone will not work when inserting the 3.5 mm audio cable, except ANC. You should adjust the volume on your phone or other devices. The microphone only works in wireless(Bluetooth) mode. And when pulling out the 3.5 mm audio cable, the headphones default to power-off mode. Your device can't be in sync with the headphones In state of power off, long press the power button (not the ANC button) for 6s till the red and the blue lights flash alternately to enter pairing mode. The headphones can't be in sync with the devices which don't have Bluetooth function, you will need an extra Bluetooth transmitter for syncing (not included). The headphones can't be turned on Please charge the headphones at first and you need hold pressing the power button for 2 seconds to turn on them.
