Place the removable bottom plate into the large base mold. Fill half of the base mold with your ground beef or meat substitute.2. Use the handle without the removable outer ring, and press into the mold to make a slit in the burger. Fill the slit with your ingredients.3. Put the outer ring back on the handle. Cover the filling with the ground meat or meat substitute and press again to complete the filled burger by the handle.4. Pull out the bottom plate and remove the perfect filled burger.
