About Mexican Generation-2 Larger
This is an all metal machine that takes the dough and with a manual turn cuts an exact portion and gives you the size to do your tortilla. This a very heavy duty machine and is big as the Gonzalez brand but priced less. It is much larger than the original Monarca model and is updated to a better functioning model. It is a great machine. You will love it. Since these machines have moving parts such as gears, they are lubricated with grease and the lubrication liquid sometimes makes a mess inside the box and will make them look like they have been used so please do not be alarmed by that. Also, they don't come with good shipping boxes so sometimes depending on the shape the box is we might rebox it or add additional box to make sure they don't get damaged in transit.
