About Metal Man FC125 125-Amp/115-Volt Flux Core Wire
The Metal Man FC125 is a 115-volt input, 125-amp AC output flux-core-only wire feed welder. Economical and easy to use, it requires no shielding gas and welds 8 gauge to 3/16" mild steel materials with .030" or .035" flux core wires on 4" or 8" spools. Features include 2 voltage ranges, set up chart, cooling fan, trigger activated arc, overload protection, 6-foot MIG gun with Tweco style series 11 replacement parts and 6-foot ground cable and clamp. Specifications include 27V no load voltage, 60-125 amps output, 20% duty cycle at 80A, and a weight of about 38 lbs. Includes extra contact tips and 8" spool adapter.
