The Messermeister Four Seasons 6" Semi-Flexible Curved Kullenschliff Boning Knife has a stamped, narrow, semi-flexible blade with an upward curve. Preferred by culinary professionals, this commercial quality knife is used to trim cuts of meat, separate meat or fish from the bone or separate flesh from the curved skin of a melon. The alternating kullenschliffs (a.k.a. kullens, hollows or grantons) on each side of the knife reduce drag and prevent items from sticking to the blade.
