Washable Trim-to-fit and transfer from shoe to shoe. Machine washable Usage: Wipe inside of shoe clean. Remove existing insole the former insoles. Inserts and Stays in Place Inside the shoe with fabric side up. Care Instructions: Massaging Insoles used only pharmaceutical grade glycerin as its fluid filling. "Pharmaceutical grade" means allowable in food or cosmetics under FDA standards. Easy Care: Hand or machine wash with soap and water. For maximum durability, keep insoles clean. Wash weekly and AIR DRY ONLY. Our insoles are not microwavable.
